In this role, you will provide personalized therapeutic care and rehabilitation support to elderly residents, helping them maintain their mobility, physical comfort, and overall well-being in an empathetic and supportive environment.

Core responsibilities
- Carry out prescribed physical therapy treatments and specialized rehabilitative techniques for residents.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team assessments, tests, and clinical evaluations whenever required.
- Monitor resident progress and adapt functional mobility exercises to suit individual needs.
- Support resident autonomy through tailored rehabilitation plans designed for elderly care.

Requirements




- University degree in Physiotherapy (Grado en Fisioterapia / second-cycle university degree).
- Prior experience is not required (0 months required), making this a great opportunity for newly qualified professionals as well as experienced practitioners.
- Motivation to work within a multidisciplinary geriatric care environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication and empathy for older adults.

Position offers
- Full-time employment with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30 (no weekend shifts).
- Initial 12-month temporary contract with possibility of extension (renewable).
- Gross annual salary of €26,349.82.
- On-site working location in Sant Joan, Mallorca.
