Capitole is seeking a Change Manager to support a integral Procure-to-Pay transformation programme within an international environment. You will lead the rollout of Coupa P2P across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina, managing change strategy, communications, training and stakeholder engagement across countries.
The role requires strong autonomy and project coordination with Procurement, Invoicing and Supplier Management to ensure business readiness.
