Junior Health & Safety TechnicianMadrid, Spain | Hybrid | Full-timeA leading international food-delivery and technology platform is seeking a Junior Health & Safety Technician to support its national Health & Safety function. The role focuses on maintaining legal compliance, supporting preventative initiatives and helping ensure a safe working environment across the organisation.Key Responsibilities- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents and support root-cause analysis.- Prepare weekly reports analysing accidents and incidents occurring during shifts.- Monitor key Health & Safety metrics, including training, medical examinations, PPE and required documentation.- Conduct workplace risk assessments when required.- Coordinate business activities relating to Health & Safety compliance.- Support the planning and implementation of preventative activities.- Provide guidance to colleagues and other departments on Health & Safety matters.- Work closely with the National Health & Safety Specialist and wider teams to resolve issues and improve safety processes.- Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and reporting.Requirements- Relevant professional experience in a Health & Safety role.- Qualification as a Higher-Level Health & Safety Technician (Técnico Superior en PRL).- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.- English at B2 level or above is advantageous.- Willingness to travel occasionally within Spain.- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider Health & Safety team.- Methodical, proactive and well-organised approach.What's Offered- Competitive salary with performance-based bonus.- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.- Adaptable start and finish times.- Clear opportunities for career progression and professional development.- Company-provided laptop and smartphone.- €120 monthly meal allowance.- 22 days of annual leave.- Additional family leave benefits.- Private health insuran
