We're looking for a Senior Observability Engineer to join a general team building a next-generation observability platform powered by AI and Big Data . The mission is to predict, prevent, and analyze complex disruptions across large-scale enterprise environments while delivering end-to-end visibility across applications, networks, and infrastructure. You'll work closely with international teams across Europe, helping shape the future of observability through automation, advanced monitoring, and AI-driven operational insights. What You'll Do Understand business and technical observability requirements from internal stakeholders. Manage and oversee external managed service providers and vendors. Take end-to-end ownership of the observability ecosystem, including:



Infrastructure design Tool development and automation CI/CD deployments Operational monitoring Continuous improvement initiatives Work with technologies such as: Grafana Gigamon Traffic Broker Cisco ThousandEyes Zabbix ELK Stack Identify new ways to generate business value from monitoring and operational data. Drive AI adoption and automation within observability processes. Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve visibility, reliability, and performance across enterprise environments.
