We are EATON Find out more about EatonWhat you’ll do:We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect manufacturing categories across four Mobility EMEA plants. You will lead sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and contract deployment for categories including MRO, Facilities, Packaging, CAPEX, and Chemicals, driving cost savings, supplier performance, and supply continuity. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key suppliers, you will deliver sourcing strategies, support procurement initiatives,



and contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect manufacturing categories across Mobility EMEA plants.Lead sourcing projects, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.Drive cost savings, productivity improvements, inflation mitigation, and payment term optimization.Manage supplier performance, relationships, risk, and supply continuity.Deploy regional and integral supplier agreements while ensuring compliance and stakeholder adoption.Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams.Analyze market trends and implement sourcing solutions that optimize total cost of ownership.Track procurement performance, savings, and project results through reporting tools.Support manufacturing operations through risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide procurement support and guidance across Mobility EMEA sites.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engine
