Impress is seeking an HR People Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership in a hybrid role based in Barcelona. You will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations, shaping policies, reviews, and workforce initiatives to drive business outcomes.
You will guide leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and change management, while managing disciplinary processes and liaising with Works Councils and labour authorities.
