BVGroup is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in Gibraltar to support the Legal team across commercial, corporate, regulatory and strategic matters, focusing on B2B and SaaS initiatives while supporting the B2C business.
You will negotiate SaaS and technology agreements, develop contracting playbooks, advise on corporate restructurings and cross-border matters, and work with senior stakeholders to align legal strategy with business goals.
