We're looking for a passionate and skilled Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team in Madrid. In this role, you'll be a key driver in evolving our endpoint management landscape towards a cloud-native, Intune-first approach, ensuring our 17,000+ employees stay productive, secure, and connected wherever they work. Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy and manage modern endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and cloud-native management tools across the organisation.

Lead the evolution of endpoint management from traditional on-premise approaches towards a cloud-first, Intune-driven architecture.





Implement and maintain endpoint security using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust principles.

Automate endpoint provisioning, configuration and compliance using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.

Manage identity and access across Azure AD / Entra ID, including SSO, MFA and Conditional Access policy management.

Support and optimise Microsoft 365 Apps deployment, lifecycle management and end-user experience.

Provide expert troubleshooting and support for complex endpoint issues, working collaboratively with the team to diagnose, resolve and document solutions effectively.

Collaborate with the agile Endpoints team to develop and integrate new workplace features, products and services.
