It reports directly to the Group Head of HR.What you'll doOwn end-to-end recruiting processes for positions in Italy and Spain,



from sourcing through to offer.Post and manage job ads across recruiting channels in both markets.Run interviews in Italiano, Spanish and English, depending on the role and the stakeholder.Manage the ATS to keep candidate pipelines and workflows up to date.Work directly with hiring managers to define profiles and job descriptions.Contribute to employer branding initiatives in Italy and Spain (universities, events, social media).Track recruiting KPIs and produce regular reporting.What we're looking forAt least 2 years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, agency-side or in-house.Italiano and Spanish at C1 level or nativo: these are the two markets you'll work in, and there's no way around it.Good working English, needed to operate comfortably across a group with offices in six countries.Experience with active sourcing techniques.Ability to run multiple recruiting processes in parallel, across different countries and stakehold
