For one of our clients, a leading European retailer group, we are looking for a senior account executive fulltime to join our organization which is capable of coordinating the relation between a European creative HUB and our local agency and developing key client relationships. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish as the successful candidate will be working closely with clients from various regions.

What we’re looking for:

- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our retail clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building strong, long-term relationships. Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and advertising needs to develop effective strategies and campaigns.

- Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, Social Media and European Hub to develop campaigns for our local retail clients. Ensure that campaigns align with clients' brand guidelines and effectively communicate their unique selling propositions.

- Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end execution of Media plans for advertising campaigns, including project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.

- Budget Management: Monitor and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to clients' financial guidelines.



Provide regular budget updates to clients and address any concerns or issues proactively.

Requirements:

- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (native speaker level). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency, with proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Media Plans and Social Media campaigns.

- Retail Expertise: Strong understanding of the retail industry, including trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies. Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities faced by retail clients and the ability to provide tailored solutions.

- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful campaign execution.

- Client-Focused: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to build and nurture client relationships, anticipate their needs, and provide strategic guidance.

- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Availability to start immediately.

More about the offer:
1. Combined working days in our offices in Madrid and part with teleworking (Mondays, Fridays, Christmas period, Easter period, Summer period).

3. Agency Schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays
