Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements, including the design of custom objects, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and flows. Develop custom Salesforce applications and components, ensuring clean, maintainable, and high-performing code. Lead the integration of external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, creating a seamless ecosystem between Salesforce and other business tools. Design and implement monitoring tools and practices to ensure platform stability, data integrity, and performance optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Ad Operations, to gather technical requirements and propose solutions. Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and quality assurance practices to maintain high development standards.
