Join our team to navigate this challenge together We are seeking a Process Engineer with strong expertise in power generation plants to join a newly established Track and Services Division, focused on developing advanced engineering solutions for the steel industry, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. The selected professional will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of FEED and EPC phase projects, contributing technical expertise in energy processes, hydraulic calculations, and multidisciplinary coordination. Location: ?Madrid, Spain Work Modality: ?Hybrid work model : two days of remote work per week. Adaptable working hours and intensive workday schedule during the summer months. Responsibilities: ? Development and supervision of hydraulic calculations and mass and energy balances,



preferably using ThermoFlow. ? Preparation of utility summaries. ? Preparation of P&IDs; and line lists. ? Specification and design of equipment and instrumentation. ? Sizing and selection of control valves. ? Hydraulic surge analysis using AFT Impulse or equivalent software. ? Drafting of control narratives and cause & effect matrices (C&E;). ? Line designation according to the KKS coding system. ? Drafting of technical reports and engineering documentation. ? Coordination and technical support to other project disciplines. Requirements: ?University degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. ?10 to 15 years of experience in FEED and EPC projects related to power generation plants (combined cycle, gas or coal-fired boilers). ?Strong technical command of: ThermoFlow (preferred). AFT Impulse or similar tools for hydraulic transient analysis. Hydraulic, energy, and process equipment calculations.
