? About the Role We are looking for a Head of Accounting to join
our Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Controlling ,
and play a key role in shaping the Group’s accounting function in a
multinational environment . In this role, you will ensure technical
rigor in financial closings , consistency of accounting criteria
across subsidiaries, and robustness of consolidated reporting ,




while evolving the model towards a scalable and standardized
structure aligned with business growth . Your mission is to design,
lead, and fully own the Group Accounting function , overseeing
transactional accounting, audits, intercompany processes, ERP
governance, fiscal compliance, and treasury operations , while
driving automation and operational excellence across all entities.
You will also lead and develop a high-performing Accounting team ,
ensuring strong standards, KPIs, and upskilling plans. ? What you
will do Lead and own the Group Accounting function , ensuring
accurate closings, statutory compliance, and consolidated reporting
Coordinate accounting policies, controls, and intercompany
processes across subsidiaries Manage audits at Group and local
