Your mission: Youll be the technical point of reference at the customers site: installing, maintaining, and supporting our machinery to ensure their production processes never stop. A hands-on, dynamic role with direct customer contact and international exposure. What youll do: * Installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art machinery * Diagnosing and resolving incidents (remotely and on-site) * Maintenance and repair of the machinery fleet * Logging and tracking incidents in the ERP system * Providing technical training to customers * Close collaboration with sales and international teams,
