THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
- Be the strategic partner and service provider for our commercial hiring managers in order to find the best talent for a wide range of open positions
- Enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders where they can trust your judgment
- Be an excellent team player - sometimes we need to you roll up your sleeves and help out your colleagues when needed
- Be data driven and use data to make informed decisions and tweak wherever necessary

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a high growth environment, in-house experience preferred
- You have experience recruiting for either Commercial, Tech or Operations roles
- You have profound project management skills and shine in prioritization within a fast paced environment
- You are excited about process optimisation and automatisation via innovative tools
- You are self-driven and result oriented, with an eye for detail
- You have an analytical mindset and drive change through data
- Your communication skills in English are excellent.
