Job Description

We are looking for a talented Cost Controller to join our dedicated team at our clients' site located in Madrid, Spain.

In this role,



you will support all phases of the project costs and schedule reporting using the most current industry practices and software. Work under the supervision of Senior Controllers, Project Managers to integrate with engineering, procurement, cost, schedule, technical & construction disciplines for seamless reporting to ensure effective project delivery.

Project Specific Responsibilities
- Management of Electrical and Mechanical work packages and ability to manage multiple work packages at any given time, within a high-pressure environment.
- Compilation of project cost reports or CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) from first principle.
- Ability to present reports to stakeholders externally and internally.
- Trade partner package life cycle management.
- Experience with JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) /NEC (New Engineering Contract) /FIDIC (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils) remeasurable c
