As an In-House SAP Access Consultant (m/f/d), you will establish the fundamental conditions that enable our users worldwide to work securely and effectively in the Phoenix Contact Group’s SAP systems. You will be working in a dynamic and evolving environment that is gradually being transformed into a hybrid SAP system landscape.
KEY TASKS
- Create and manage roles and authorizations in our group-wide SAP systems
- Develop and implement new authorization concepts in preparation for future SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (on-premise and cloud-based)
- Take on (partial) project management responsibilities in the areas of SAP Identity and Access
- Development and monitoring of compliance guidelines, as well as providing support during IT audits
- SAP user administration




- Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation following ITSM-requirements
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving Access processes and implementing best practices

SKILLSET
- Very good knowledge of authorization management
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori authorizations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Exceptionally accurate and precise way of working
- Change management capabilities
- Ability to act in a constantly and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to form and use networks
- High level of decision-making ability
- Proficiency in English
