Eurovision Services is hiring a Booking Office Manager in Madrid to join our General Operations Team. You will be the primary contact for clients and partners, coordinating service delivery of transmissions across sports, news and events, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the delivery process.
You will react to incidents, manage outages and changes, and work with internal teams to optimise resource use on our global network.
