Job Description We are looking for a technical project manager who will have the responsibility to manage, supervise and motivate project groups working in an agile environment, to enable them complete assigned tasks within set time, and to deliver top performance. The person will work in close contact with managers to follow both, customer projects, internal projects and collaborative projects. Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle: creating detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
Monitoring and control: Monitor project progress and update plans and schedules as necessary. Align strategic objectives across the different projects of the BU.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders:



facilitating refinement/project meetings, clarifying priorities, resolving blockers and ensuring actions and responsibilities are clearly aligned.
Resource management: Optimize the allocation and utilization of project resources, identifying capacity constraints, over-allocation and future resource needs
Proactively identify and address potential project risks.
Project reporting: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
Daily use of project management software (Clickup or similar).
Innovation Analysis: Collaborate with the technical team to assess the feasibility of innovative projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Science-related field.
~ Project Management certification (Agile is a plus).
~1+ years of experience in Project Management.
~ High level in English and Spanish (other languages such as French are a big plus).
