Are you an experienced CAD drafter or design technician looking for a stable engineering role in Mallorca? An engineering company based in Palma is hiring a dedicated Civil Works and Urban Planning Drafter to join their technical team. In this full-time, permanent position, you will contribute directly to infrastructure and urban development projects across the island, working on-site in a collaborative engineering environment.

Your primary focus will be supporting engineering projects through precise technical drafting and documentation. In this position, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Drafting and detailing civil engineering and urban planning plans using technical design software
- Preparing project documentation, calculations, and detailed bill of quantities (measurements)
- Collaborating with project engineers to update and refine designs according to technical specifications
- Assisting in the coordination and development of infrastructure planning files

To be successful in this role,



you should bring solid technical training and hand‑on experience in drafting civil works. The requirements for this position are:

- A completed vocational qualification (Higher Level Vocational Training / FP Grado Superior in Civil Works Projects or equivalent)
- At least 2 years (24 months) of practical experience in civil engineering or urban planning drafting
- Proficient skills in AutoCAD and preparing measurements
- Valuable additional knowledge in Civil 3D, BIM methodologies, Revit, or GIS tools

What is offered in return:

- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo)
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 09:00 to 14:00
- Schedule flexibility within an on-site workplace setup
- A gross annual salary of €24,000
- Planned start date starting September 2026
