The Role The Engineering Manager — Web owns the delivery and technical health of both the Frontend and Backend web teams. This is a hands-on leadership role: the EM drives product and project management,



triages and fixes bugs, and makes anything happen that the business needs from its web stack. The primary domain is e-commerce, but the scope extends to any web-related challenge that surfaces across the company—from payment integrations and order workflows to internal tooling and data pipelines. We need a technical leader who has shipped and scaled high-volume e-commerce systems, can context-switch between frontend and backend problems daily, and brings enough DevOps fluency to keep the infrastructure running while the teams build.
