The IT Integration Intern will be based in Madrid, European Headquarters, and will be part of the European IT team, reporting to the IT Integration Architect.

Main Responsibilities

The selected intern will support the Integration Team, helping the team improve the quality, reliability and operational efficiency of the integration platform.

Responsibilities include:

- Learn and develop skills in Integration Platform, MuleSoft and API-led integration, supported by the Integration Team, gaining practical knowledge of APIs, integration patterns and enterprise integration architecture.
- Participate in API quality reviews, helping identify areas for improvement such as error handling, logging levels (DEBUG, INFO, ERROR), exception management and observability.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of our integration platform, reviewing application logs, errors and exceptions to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, working with the team to propose and track technical improvements across existing integrations.
- Support the documentation and standardization of Integration Team procedures, including incident management, production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting and other operational processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any qualification in IT: Software Development, Computer Systems,



Telecommunications or a related technology field. Candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical field are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of software development and/or programming concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs, .NET, integration technologies, cloud platforms or DevOps tools would be an advantage, but is not required.
- Good level of English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate and work in an international environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technically.
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within an international IT team.

No prior professional experience required, although academic projects or internships in analytics or data‑related roles will be valued.
