Are you an experienced draftsperson looking for your next career step in Mallorca? An engineering and architecture services company in Palma is seeking a qualified CAD Drafter to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site in the vibrant capital of the island, offering stability and professional growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and detailing technical drawings for architectural and engineering projects. You will work closely with project teams to turn concepts into accurate blueprints, utilizing industry-standard tools.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Utilizing graphic tools and specialized drafting software, specifically AutoCAD, to prepare and modify plans.
- Delineating technical drawings for building and civil works projects.
- Ensuring all drafting outputs meet exact specifications, quality guidelines, and project standards.

What you bring to the position:





- A completed Higher Vocational Training degree (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior), such as Higher Technician in Building Projects (Técnico Superior en Proyectos de Edificación) or Higher Technician in Civil Works (Técnico Superior en Proyectos de Obra Civil).
- At least 12 months of proven professional experience in drafting.
- Proficiency and solid hands-on experience working with AutoCAD.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills in technical documentation.

What is offered:

- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo).
- A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working split shifts from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00.
- A gross annual salary of €22,596 paid in 12 monthly payments, including prorated extra payments.
