Are you looking for a practical construction role in Mallorca? A local construction and renovation company is looking for two motivated plumbing assistants to join their team in Palma. In this full-time position, you will work directly alongside experienced plumbing specialists across various residential and commercial job sites on the island.

Your primary role is to assist qualified plumbers with everyday tasks and ensure work runs smoothly on site. Your responsibilities include:

- Supporting skilled plumbing specialists during installation and renovation work
- Distributing, preparing, and handling materials and tools across work areas
- Assisting with general site preparations, assembly, and basic maintenance tasks
- Following workplace safety guidelines at all times

No specific academic degree is strictly required for this position, but you should bring motivation, reliability, and readiness to learn.





What makes you a strong candidate:

- Relevant prior experience in plumbing, plumbing assistance, or construction is appreciated
- Completed 20-hour occupational risk prevention training (PRL) is valued
- Good teamwork skills, reliability, and a hands-on mindset

The position offers a 9-month seasonal permanent contract (fijo discontinuo) with realistic opportunities to extend year-round depending on ongoing renovation and building projects. You will work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including a one-hour lunch break), with an annual gross salary of €19,800 paid across 12 installments.
