As we continue our business model transformation, driving continuous adoption of our technology is key to long-term customer value and partnership.Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for customers during product activation — guiding them through login, user assignment, and project setup- Drive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, email, and other digital channels to maximize customer impact- Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies that increase customer value and product usage- Support customers through early product milestones, identifying and resolving friction points before they become risk- Analyze activation and usage data to identify trends, surface insights,



and improve customer outcomes- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, and Support to drive customer success milestones- Document all customer activity and opportunities accurately in SalesforceMinimum Qualifications- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)- Experience in a customer‑facing role — Customer Success, Account Management, technical support, or similar- Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion or comparable D&M; tools (e.G. SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX)- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences- Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications- Additional fluency in French or Italian- Background in MFG, D&M;, PLM, or a related technical field- Experience with SaaS, cloud‑based software, or subscription business models- Knowledge of 3D modeling to
