brand activations and other short-term commercial business lines across the assigned portfolio.- Identify, prospect and negotiate with new and existing tenants, brands and promoters to maximise occupancy and specialty leasing revenue.- Develop and execute the annual specialty leasing budget and action plan, monitoring performance against targets on an ongoing basis.- Prepare and negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements, in coordination with the Legal Department whenever required, making full use of the available business support tools.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and commercial partners, keeping an updated database of contacts and opportunities.- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing benchmarks to identify new revenue opportunities.- Track leasing activity, revenue, tenant performance and prepare a monthly activity report with the most relev
