Electrolux Group in Spain is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the relationship with an external partner and manage refunds, returns and disputes from sales. Based at our Alcobendas office near Madrid, you will deliver back-office support, train colleagues, enrich the knowledge base, and reduce escalations by sharing best practices.
Fluent Spanish and English are required; Portuguese is a plus.
