The adecuado candidate brings senior, hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle of high‑speed and conventional rail infrastructure: planning, design, construction, testing and commissioning, and long‑term operation and maintenance. Prior experience acting as technical authority or shadow operator, representing Infrastructure O&M; interests inside design and construction decisions.
