Experteer Overview In this role you will lead payroll operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant delivery while governing outsourced providers. You will partner with local teams and external partners to drive operational excellence and a harmonised, digital payroll model as part of a regional transformation. You will own governance, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and support change initiatives to improve accuracy, compliance and employee experience. - Ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery across EMEA countries
- Own outsourced payroll service delivery including provider governance, service reviews and SLA/KPI monitoring
- Lead regional payroll transformation initiatives, standardisation and new operating principles
- Provide guidance on regional payroll processes, compliance and country-specific operations
- Manage escalations with payroll providers,

- Several years of experience in payroll operations or leadership in a regional/international/shared services or outsourced environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, governance and compliance across multiple countries; EMEA experience is advantageous
- Experience with payroll systems and payroll transformation projects; SAP HCM or Workday knowledge is advantageous
- Proven track record governing external payroll providers, including SLA/KPI management, service reviews and continuous improvement
- Experience with outsourcing transitions or regional/global country migrations is desirable
- Transformation mindset with ability to work in a project environment and implement new tools and ways of working
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, adaptability in a multicultural setting
