Microsoft SCCM and Intune.- Valuable experience integrating packaging processes into broader IT service and deployment workflows.- Knowledge of networks, databases (e.G., SQL, MongoDB), software development, and API management.- Solid experience working with Agile, ITIL, or similar service management methodologies.- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders, with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.- Clear internal customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software packaging requests: intake, analysis, registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.- Coordinate closely with IT and business teams to understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks according to business impact.- Design, build, customize, and maintain complex software packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.), ensur
