we need to deeply understand how our organization works today so we can leverage AI to accelerate and optimize our operations tomorrow. We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented professional to lead our company-wide process documentation initiative. You will work directly with every team across the organization – from engineering to operations, sales to finance – to capture, structure, and document their workflows. The goal: create a comprehensive knowledge base that enables AI-powered automation and optimization across Stark Future. This is not a desk job. You will spend most of your time in conversations, interviews, and working sessions with colleagues at all levels. Success requires someone who can build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and help people articulate processes they may have never formally documented.
