The mission of the BSA & Controlling team at HQ is to deliver accurate and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision-making. Ensuring the highest standards of data quality and reliability is key to fulfilling this mission. Your main responsibilities will include: - Month-End Closing - Reporting and KPIs - Participate in the annual budget preparation and quarterly reviews. - Analyze plant evolution (costs & activities) - Formulate and implement improvement action plans. - Document and optimize new processes and procedures. ✅ What you need to shine in this role Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the field of Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. Experience in manufacturing company 2-3 years Business orientated, attention to detail and strategic thinking. Proficient in operating PowerBI and Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), and SAP.
