The company develops software products that are already live and is evolving its engineering function across multiple products. Задачи:

Lead backend development and technical direction across multiple products

• Design and implement scalable backend solutions and new features

• Own and evolve the technology stack and architecture

• Manage and mentor a small backend team while remaining hands-on

• Establish engineering standards, processes and best practices

• Work closely with product stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into products and workflows

• Contribute to the future growth of the engineering team. Требования:

5+ Years of hands-on backend development experience, ideally across multiple products





• Previous technical leadership or people management experience

• Strong architecture and system design skills;

Experience with Kotlin and/or Python and cloud technologies, ideally AWS

• Comfortable making technology and architectural decisions;

Experience establishing or improving engineering processes

• Interest in AI, automation and AI-powered products

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish

• Nice to have: experience scaling a small engineering team, experience working across multiple products, background in AI-powered workflow automation, knowledge of React, LangGraph or Snowflake, frontend experience and ability to collaborate autonomously with frontend teams. Условия:
