Your Role As BDR Manager, you will own and accelerate the outbound-sourced pipeline and conversion to revenue across France, Germany, and Italy. You’ll lead a high-performing team of 5 multilingual BDRs located in Paris and Barcelona, who partner closely with Sales to generate and qualify opportunities from cold and warm outbound motions.



You will orchestrate GTM tactics (account tiering, intent and trigger signals, multichannel sequences, events follow-up) to ensure our prospecting-to-pipeline-to-revenue engine runs smoothly and efficiently. Your Responsibilities Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 5 BDRs covering 3 languages. Drive team performance, engagement, and growth. Outbound Pipeline & Revenue Accountability: Manage the entire outbound pipeline, ensuring high-quality opportunity qualification, and facilitating a seamless transition to the Sales team. You are also responsible for the conversion of this pipeline to revenue, by rigorously ensuring the quality standards of the created pipeline are met, and monitoring the Sales team’s work on the opportunities your team sources.
