Act as the primary client contact throughout the project ordinate project set-up, documentation, packaging, labelling, and distribution activities.

Oversee inventory management and ensure continuous product availability.

Work with IRT/RTSM systems, logistics providers, and integral depots to support worldwide clinical trial supply.

Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements, SOPs, and quality standards.

Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and support mitigation activities.





Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and documentation. Requirements5+ years' experience in clinical trial supply, pharmaceutical operations, project management, or a related regulated environment. Experience in clinical packaging, labelling, distribution, or pharmaceutical supply chains.

Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills. Knowledge of IRT/RTSM systems and GMP/GDP regulations is advantageous.

Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred. xugodme Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
