The Mission: As a Head of Performance you will lead and scale multi-channel marketing efforts across Europe. This role is perfect for a data-driven leader who’s passionate about growth, performance, and managing high-impact teams. You'll be at the center of a fast-moving, cross-functional environment, crafting strategy, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results at scale. The Role: Performance Ownership: Lead and scale performance marketing activities across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and others.



Strategic Leadership: Define the overall strategy, oversee budget allocation, and drive execution across 10+ markets. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists. Optimization & Testing: Design and execute testing frameworks, attribution models, and full-funnel optimization strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, data, product, booking, and sales teams to drive end-to-end growth. Scalability & Tracking: Enhance automation, tracking systems, and performance reporting to support scaling efforts. Platform Partnerships: Collaborate directly with Meta, TikTok, and Google to identify and leverage new growth opportunities.
