We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Talent Recruiter at our agency, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing talent for our clients across various industries. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Full Professional level of English and Spanish

Main responsibilities

- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings & interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support at every stage




- Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the placement process from start to finish
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our services

Core skills/experience

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and clients
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines
- Passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in the recruitment industry
- Sales experience would be highly evaluated
- A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
