partnering with a integral customer experience provider to recruit a
Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for their on-site
team in Barcelona or Benalmadena or Valencia. This is your
opportunity to be part of a growing international team that
supports leading electric vehicle brands and empowers customers
through innovation and excellence. As a Customer Service
Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers,
delivering support that goes beyond What you'll do Handle incoming
contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve user
inquiries. Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely
responses within service level agreements. Maintain a deep
understanding of services and products tailored to the electric
vehicle industry.
