You will own new-business acquisition across inbound and outbound channels, from first contact and qualification through negotiation and closing. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage B2B prospects through cold calling, email, social selling, and inbound leads Generate qualified opportunities and build a healthy,



consistent sales pipeline Conduct needs analysis and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions aligned with client goals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers Achieve and exceed individual revenue and activity targets Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity, and client data in Salesforce or similar CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and Customer Success handover Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities Requirements German C1 and English B2 Minimum 2-3 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead qualification, and new-client acquisition Strong digital marketing knowledge, including PPC, SEO, online advertising, or related ecosystems Confident communication and negotiation skills, including interaction with senior decision-maker
