Build the Czech market by identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities
Create a personal pipeline and prioritize high-potential accounts
Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to solution development, negotiation, and closing
Build relationships with CMOs, Heads of Digital, E-commerce leaders, Media Directors, and other decision-makers
Uncover client needs, connect them to measurable business outcomes, and develop long-term value solutions
Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain strong pipeline coverage and accurate forecasts
Use data, market trends, client performance, and industry developments in commercial conversations
Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Technical Solutions, Account Management,



and other teams throughout the client lifecycle
Help clients navigate changes in AI, commerce media, privacy, measurement, and digital advertising
Требования:

Fluency in Czech and English
Approximately 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role
Experience ideally within technology, SaaS, e-commerce, digital media, AdTech, MarTech, or another fast-moving industry
Demonstrated ability or strong potential to prospect, create pipeline, and win new clients
Consultative selling approach focused on business challenges and measurable outcomes
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating multiple decision-makers
Strong commercial judgment, organization, and ownership of opportunities
Comfort working with data and using numbers to support client conversations and business cases
Experience using a CRM and managing a sales pipeline
Curiosity, resilience, and coachability
