Coaching and competence development. Assisting and coaching
employees to provide top-notch service to our customers
Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers.
Personnel responsibility administration such as time sheets, salary
file, absence routines, updating/maintaining shift plan. Used to
following service levels - KPIs and SLA’s. Follow up on quality and
deviations, plan and execute. Create and maintain instructions and
operations manuals. Resource management, shift planning and




maintenance Covering for other Team leaders. Work closely with
other departments within Viking Assistance Group. What
qualifications we are looking for: You have great experience from
leadership or supervision within call call center Solid experience
from customer service sector You have been a team leader before, or
you would like to step up to become one. You speak and write fluent
in Norwegian You speak and write good English. You are experienced
of changing environment You are able to switch from detail to
helicopter perspective if necessary. You are experienced in
recruitment. Who are you? You understand the importance of a strong
company culture You can handle both operational as well as
strategic thinking. You are good at prioritization and decision
