What you will do Define and implement general dealer trade marketing standards, covering POS material, visual merchandising, in-store storytelling, demos, events, and activations.



Own the dealer POS strategy, delivering brand-aligned tools that drive visibility, sell-through, and retail excellence. Lead dealer activations and launches, including demo days, ride events, seasonal campaigns, and trade shows. Develop and scale the trade marketing playbook, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the dealer network. Serve as the strategic marketing partner for dealers, supporting campaigns, local initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and RSMs. Manage dealer race teams, ensuring brand consistency, visibility, and activation opportunities at events. Track performance, optimize programs, and leverage feedback to maximize dealer impact and brand presence. Build and maintain strong dealer relationships, acting as a brand ambassador and elevating Stark Future’s presence at retail and events.
