We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the international rollout of Coupa P2P for a leading global insurance group.
Permanent contract or Freelance
- Lead Change Management activities across multiple countries.
- Develop and coordinate change, communication & training plans .
- Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and resistance management .
- Coordinate deliverables, actions and timelines across integral and local teams.
- Proven experience in Change Management & international transformation projects .
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Hands-on experience with training, communication and change adoption .
Experience with Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft is a plus.
