Your mission As an Administration & Finance Intern, you’ll be part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll support operational, management, and organizational tasks, helping make day-to-day work more efficient and ensuring administrative processes run like clockwork. you’ll take part in process improvements, gain exposure to different business areas, and see how your contributions create real impact. ? What you’ll do Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and suppliers. Manage documentation and files (both physical and digital), ensuring everything is up to date. Update spreadsheets and databases (yes, Excel and Google Sheets will be your allies). Keep track of office inventory and coordinate orders with our partners. Support budgeting, expenses, purchasing, and invoicing within the administrative area. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements for the team.
