Your key responsibilities The HR Transformation & Technology team within the People Consulting Sub Service Line, guides and supports clients, both public and private, affected by major technological transformations by delivering and defining a series of change management initiatives aimed at ensuring the success of the transformation itself. Key Activities: * Support the development and execution of Change Management strategies and plans, in line with client objectives and project requirements (digitalization, ERP/HCM implementation, reorganizations, M&A;). * Conduct the stakeholder analysis and impact assessment, to understand the effects of change on people, processes and the organization. * Create and disseminate communication, engagement and training plans and strategies.



* Develop engaging initiatives, such as gamification activity, to engage all the stakeholders involved. * Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives, gathering feedback, data and insights to improve the approach and delivery. * Conduct research and prepare presentations, briefing notes, and strategic documents on emerging Change Management strategies, supporting team leaders/managers in preparing client decks and project proposals.
