Requirements





Proven experience in graphic or digital design within an in-house team, agency, or fast-paced environment
Strong portfolio showing multichannel campaign work, clear conceptual thinking, and strong craft
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Bridge, and Illustrator
Familiarity with Figma
Deep knowledge of typography, layout, color, composition, and multi-channel asset adaptation
Strong project management skills to navigate ambiguous briefs and handle tight deadlines
Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate creative ideas to stakeholders
Hands-on experience using AI image tools such as Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or Claude
Degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or a related creative discipline (listed as a differentiator)
