Spendthemajorityofyourtimevisitingstores,supportingStoreManagersandtheirteamsthroughcoaching,feedbackandhands-onguidance.
EnsureconsistentexecutionofVisualMerchandisingstandards,promotions,launchesandcommercialinitiativesacrossallstores.
PartnerwithStoreManagersonstockmanagement,replenishmentandproductavailabilitytomaximizesalesopportunities.




Supportrecruitment,onboarding,performancemanagementandtalentdevelopmenttogetherwiththeHRteam.
CollaboratecloselywithVisualMerchandising,HR,Productandotherinternalteamstoensuresmoothstoreoperations.
