In this role, you will drive student compliance and peace of mind by providing clear, step-by-step guidance through dense immigration frameworks. You will directly impact a student’s journey by removing the stress of paperwork, ensuring error-free submissions, and maintaining seamless digital records. Student-Facing Responsibilities Direct Student Advising: Serve as the primary, go-to resource for international students, providing step-by-step guidance, timelines, and personalized support for their visa applications. Document Review & Prep: Assist students in gathering, verifying, and perfecting their financial, academic, and personal documents to ensure error-free submissions to consulates. Student Webinars & Info Sessions: Host interactive pre-departure webinars, workshops,
and Q&A; sessions to educate students on their visa requirements. Resource Creation: Develop and maintain student-friendly visa guides, FAQs, application checklists, and video tutorials to make the immigration process intuitive. Compliance & Tracking Responsibilities Immigration Tracking: Actively track each student’s visa application status from start to finish, proactively reaching out to students who are falling behind schedule. Problem-Solving & Escalation: Provide real-time support and troubleshooting when students face visa delays, rejections, or roadblocks with consulates. Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential digital records of student visa statuses and communication histories within our CRM.
