We are recruiting a Google Ads Onboarding Account
Manager to join a high-performing sales team focused on the Benelux
and DACH markets. This is a relationship-driven, growth-oriented
role for someone with a solid understanding of digital marketing
and a strong commercial mindset, ready to make an impact in one of
Europe's most dynamic business hubs. About the Role You will manage
and develop a portfolio of clients, positioning Google Ads as a
core part of their digital marketing strategy. Success in this role
requires deep market knowledge, the ability to navigate complex
stakeholder environments and a consultative approach to sales that
builds trust and long-term value. Your day-to-day will include:
Managing and growing a client portfolio within the Benelux and DACH
markets Positioning Google Ads as a valuable and integrated
solution within clients' existing digital marketing ecosystems
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders,
including multiple agencies and demanding clients Advising on ROI,
campaign performance and platform integration Analysing market




trends and customer data to support strategic recommendations
Ensuring compliance with local regulations, including GDPR and data
privacy standards Tailoring outreach strategies that address
clients' focus on data privacy and protection What We Are Looking
For Native or proficient in German, with fluency in English —
mandatory Clear understanding of the Benelux market, including
cultural nuances and business practices Strategic thinking with the
ability to identify companies with growth potential Strong
analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting market trends and
