ROLE SUMMARY

The Demand Generation Insights Analyst turns complex data into clear, actionable insights that fuel our demand-generation and pipeline-growth strategy.
You will analyze pipeline quality, source contribution, and campaign performance while serving as a strategic partner to Digital Campaign Managers (DCMs), Sales Development (SDE) Leaders, and Sales Operations.

You will own dashboards, monitor the KPIs that matter most, and proactively advise managers to ensure the generated pipeline is healthy, mature, and aligned with the organization’s priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Data, Insights & Reporting
- Build, optimize, and maintain advanced dashboards (Power BI, Excel) covering pipeline health, source contribution, and campaign outcomes.
- Analyze pipeline maturity and quality trends, providing leadership with concise, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor performance KPIs and raise risks or opportunities early, ensuring smooth execution across the demand engine.
- Automate and streamline recurring reporting using Power BI, and Excel programming (advanced formulas, macros, data modeling).

Collaboration & Business Partnership
- Work closely with Digital Campaign Managers, SDE Managers, Sales Operations to support tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve transparency, consistency, and measurement of our marketing and sales activities.
